Call 13 HEALTH or 13 43 25 84 to get general health advice from a registered nurse. Each call is charged at local call costs. The line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person, you can ask for an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander nurse to support you.
For people with hearing impairments or who prefer to use another language, you can ask for an interpreter. If you're deaf or find it hard hearing or speaking with people who use a phone, the National Relay Service can help you.

If you require mental health advice, call 13 MH CALL or 1300 642 255. The line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
